Arranged on two levels, this elegant villa welcomes its guests in two air-conditioned suites on the ground floor, each with a dressing room and office area with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Each suite has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the garden level have two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be converted into a double bed and a small balcony. A bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room complete this level, which is accessible via a staircase in the living room.

On the ground floor, the bright living area is organised around a cosy lounge and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Opening onto the terrace, it is a pleasant extension of shared moments.

The terrace overlooks a saltwater swimming pool (5 x 3.7 m) with breathtaking panoramic views. The garden adds a real touch of serenity to the whole property.
